George Wilson joined Valiant Solutions in 2024, bringing with him decades of leadership experience from both the military and private sectors. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, George began his career as a commissioned officer in 1979, where he played a key role in advanced submarine construction. Following his military service, he transitioned to the private sector, where he earned a reputation for driving substantial business growth. At Stanley Associates, George helped expand the organization from a 20-person operation to a publicly listed company with 5,000 employees. His strategic leadership was instrumental in the company’s acquisition by CGI Inc. for $1 billion. Later, as President and CEO of ECS Federal, George spearheaded a remarkable transformation, growing annual revenue from $120 million to over $1 billion during his 11-year tenure.  Now serving as CEO of Valiant Solutions, George remains committed to fostering innovation, operational excellence, and sustained growth. Outside of his professional life, he is devoted to his family—his wife Ashley and their son Matthew.
