Jackie joined Valiant in 2025 and brings over a decade of experience leading complex programs and driving organizational growth across the federal contracting landscape. Her career includes key leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, ECS, and Accenture Federal Services, where she built a proven record of success in cybersecurity, IT modernization, and business development.

Her experience spans the full lifecycle of federal business—from capture and proposal development to program execution and enterprise expansion. Jackie has led successful growth pursuits and integrated acquisitions, expanding organizational footprints within the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community, and commercial customers. Known for her collaborative and strategic leadership style, she fosters high-performing teams that deliver measurable results, build trust, and advance the missions of their federal partners.

Prior to joining Valiant, Jackie oversaw a $180M federal civilian portfolio at ECS, managing the delivery of cybersecurity and IT transformation initiatives for both federal and commercial clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech.

Born and raised in Virginia, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on the Hokies.
