Tom Weston joined Valiant in 2024. He has over 35 years of executive experience in the federal contracting industry having served in senior roles for both publicly traded and private equity held technology companies.Most recently, Tom was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ECS Federal, LLC, a leading provider of advanced technologies and solutions in the cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IT systems modernization areas. His extensive knowledge and experience in matters associated with companies contracting with the U.S. Government, including those that are subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards, will further strengthen and support the long-term success of our organization as the premier provider of cybersecurity and IT services in the industry in which we serve. During his career, Tom has led over 40 M&A and financing transactions as both a buyer and a seller. Tom graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and currently sits on the Board of Directors for several entities, where he also serves as chair of the audit committee.
