(July 29, 2024) – Valiant Solutions, LLC (Valiant) has secured three contract wins with the U.S. Department of Education (ED). 

Valiant was awarded the ED Data Security and Services Operations Contract (EDSSOC) which is a five-year recompete contract valued at $28.3 million. We are immensely proud of our EDSSOC team as their dedication has allowed us to continue and expand our services. Valiant will continue providing a wide range of services, including Program Management, Security Operations Center Support, Incident Management, Forensics & Malware Analysis, and Threat Management.   

Valiant also secured the Cyber Data Innovation and Services (ED CDIS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and first Call Order award. This five-year, full and open BPA marks our seventh prime contract in our Department portfolio and is valued at $98.1 million. Under this agreement, we will deliver the CDIS Solution, which encompasses a range of tasks, including Project and Contract Management, Compliance and Risk Management Support, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), ED Cyber Data Lake (EDCDL) Support, Integration Support Services and Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM).

In addition, as a subcontractor to T-Rex Solutions, Valiant was awarded a five-year subcontract to support the development of its Portfolio of Integrated Value-Oriented Technologies - Hosting (ED PIVOT-H). The PIVOT programs aim to provide integrated and secure IT services across various platforms and locations.
